    Hi All
It's been a while since posted regarding my tank. Last year I upgraded to a 265 DT and now after a year I tore it down and I am rebuilding. As with many newbie mistakes I am no exception to the rule. I over stocked too quickly used uncured live rock, etc.

Like I said I tore down the tank and now I am running multiple tanks just to keep my stock alive while I am rebuilding. My question is on hydrostatic pressure. I am working on a cantilevered design which a part of it extends 2 plus feet from the base. See pics below. The rocks on the right of the picture is will not be there once everything is set, they are just holding the branches up.

I used Portland cement to anchor the base to the coral branches. I also used cement and glue to connect the branches together and on the larger branches I doweled in acrylic rods about 6 inches glued then rapped with cement epoxied and sanded over the cement.

Do you think I will have an issue with Hydrostatic pressure? Should I tie strap the branches to the base.

Glad to see you back on the site! We haven't talked since MACNA. How have you been? Although I don't really have an answer to your question, I really like the scape :p Here's a bump.

I've been great! Yeah it's been almost a year now. I did take the 29 gallon down, but I'm not sure if I had told you, but I had won a 45 gallon cube at MACNA :D I have a thread of it on here if you ever want to see it

^^ it does! lol - I like the scape much better with the balance of the additional rocks on each side. Looks cool!
