TDS Meter???

    Can I still test my water prosphate AFTER I ALREADY ADD SALT to my RO/DI water???

    Yes, it is actually a good idea to see if your salt is meeting its claims.

    If you were looking to test your RODI water then it wouldn't necessarily be valid since you have 2 possible sources for phosphate.

    Not with the TDS meter. You'll need a phosphate test kit.

    Not with a TDS meter. You must use a phosphate test kit. Test the rodi water with a tds meter to see how your filter is working.

    A TDS meter is for testing Total Dissolved Solids, basically everthing electrically conductive, in tap, RO, RO/DI and distilled water. It is not for testing saltwater which is many times above it measuring range, nor is it for testing anything specific like phosphates.
