My 28 gallon nano cube is at 78-79 degrees right now. Is this too warm? I don't even have a heater or anything on it. Is there anything I should do about this. This seems too warm.

    Thank you

P.S. Sorry I am still new and have a lot of questions:-/

During the warm summer days, my tank pushes 82-83.

wow your luckey we have to buy heaters up here. thats a great temp, most corals/linverts will need that temp. but were are you at were in the dead of winter and your tank is at that temp. you might need a chiller durring summer if you tank gets too hot(above 85) durring the summer in chcago(were i am) my tank hit 81 most days. if your down south, your tank willl get crazy hot. and chillers run for about 500 dollers

In my opinion, 78F-79F are great temperatures to keep your tank on. Mine stays at around those temps, climbing to 80 or 81 in the hot summer. If your summers are very hot, you will definitely need a way to cool the tank down, as suggested above by con999.
But I would not worry unless your temp climbs higher than 82-83 max.
