So the other evening I had two friends over, late night. My display lights had been off for hours. I wanted to woo them with my tank, so i fired up the Halides at like 1am. To my surprise there were little crittters on the bottom, I was/am super stoked. Upon closer examination they were all over the place, quickly moving in and out of live rock, as well as crawling around on the sandbed. They look like like little centipedes, with a slightly curly tail, a kind of shrimp, but i wasn't certain of that till tonight when i was peering in the tank with my flashlight, and caught a few of the little dudes swimming! I will post pictures when i figure that one out. I am curious if these are a potential nuisance, any experience with these guys would be appreciated.

As mission said, most likely pods. I have tons of them. They are a good thing to have and a sign all is well.
If you really want to watch them without spooking them, wrap some red cellophane over a flashlight. They cant pick up the lights wavelength so it wont scare them.
