    So after doing some tank maintenance this simple little tool made my tasks much easier.

    I just wanted to start a simple thread highlighting uses of the common Toothbrush inside the reef aquarium.

    1. Clean Powerhead's
    2. Clean Skimmer
    3. Clean frag plugs
    4. Clean/Prep Rock
    5. Salt creep removal
    6. Clean Overflow
    7. Clean Reactor Lines
    8. Clean Inside of Return

    For me, I use it on my equipment, but for the most part I use it on my rocks :p

    I use it for cleaning all equipment including any of their parts, rocks, plugs. In other words anything that it can clean it gets used on.

    I forgot to mention I buy the stiffest bristled brush I can find.

    I guess I should come clean. I actually use the ones designed to clean guns. Much bigger brush area.
