Invert wise, I am not sure. I know some nudis do, but usually a given nudi will only eat a specific species of sponge.
Almost any angel fish will eat sponges.

Yea, ive read up on the Nudi, im really not wanting to take that risk of it dying in my setup and killing off everything i have worked to get.
I have a Coral Beauty and he doesnt touch this stuff.

Is there a problem with the sponges? Most people like having them in the tank, they filter the water (minimally) and look kinda cool. I'm not aware of any pest sponges that cause problems.

I'm not sure about the looking cool part. I have a few that look like loogies mixed with cement.

I like my sponges, they are some of the most varied species in my tank.

Agreed. I have a ton of pineapple sponges that are pretty ugly. I don't mind them though as they are cleaners, and mostly stick to the overflow and sump... maybe one of my fish eats them out of the display?
