apparently finding a ruler in a house with two engineers is impossible... maybe my neighbors have one?

I know what that is like. I can't find my engineer paper when I was an engineering major. Now that I changed my major, I found it all.

What type of engineering are you in? Mine was mechanical/aerospace, but I decided that I wanted to do something else instead. I couldn't care less about how much I make to be honest. Huge pay drop.

You could take something that you know the width or length of and see how the thickness of the glass compares to it.
