    What are your thoughts on the African Midas Blenny? That's the whole question - it's an easy one! :)

    cool little fellas... they have a unique swimming motion. Other than that dont know much about em

    They are so graceful when they swim - I think that's why I like them so much. Plus, they are yellow, and my tank needs some yellow!

    sounds like a winner. hard to find in LFS's. Ive only seen em one time.

    they are very cool...much different then the typical blenny. They swim openly and have a great personality. Had one for months until it carpet surfed

    Cool, thanks for the input! I just found out about the midas blenny online yesterday, youtube'd it, and was impressed. I'll ask my local fish store guy about them.

    One more question: Do you think a midas blenny would survive okay with my clown? My clown looooooves to nip fins and I'm worried the blenny's long fins and swimming motion would just set my clown off. But maybe the midas would learn to swim away from the clown's territory...

    I had an absolutely gorgeous Golden Midas Blenny and my six line drove him to suicide. I made the mistake of not buying the live rock he was living in at the LFS and he had to fight for a spot to hide. He was really cool to watch but he ended up carpet surfing after the six line chased him out of his hole.

    I would think as long as it feels safe and has his refuge spot hopefully all will be ok.

    saw one at my lfs a few days ago and it was AMAZING corloration wise. if its easy ot care for GET IT.
