Yeah I have 2 of those things and I constantly am trying to get them with tweezers but they pull in way fast to where I can get em. I am gonna pick up some joes juice when I go to pick up my fish from the fish hospital at my LFS

I want to make sure I have this correct. Are you saying it moves off that rock it is currently attached too? It is a beautiful Yellow Toadstool by the way. If it just retracts dramatically and twists on the attached rock that means something is agitating it. There may be aptasia around the back you can't see and are stinging it. Toadstools do have a long sweeper tentacle, sometimes two. My large Toadstool put out 2 very long ones (8-10") at night and sometimes in the daytime for awhile and it co-insided with it being agitated.

That sounds exactly like what the problem is, He retracted and popped back out very quick and turned a little bit but he isnt touching any aptasia although there is some behind him but about 4 inches away from the rock he is on. Could I have him to close to my lights? When his little bristles on top are retracted and he looks smooth he has a emerald green base to him. I have 2 250watt metal halide on my 120gallon tank and hes near the top should I move him lower in the tank, and could this be irratating him?

I doubt it is light. Mine sit directly under a 250W MH as well and they love it. Most likely, he was stretching out and got too close to the aptasia. These things can close up and move very quickly. Get rid of the aptasia and I bet it's jumpiness goes away.
