I have a new 3 minute video of my 125 reef.

It's been up and running about 8 months.

It has a DIY 'intank overflow', which leads to a large flow DIY HOB overflow, and to my
50 G DIY sump, with PS and Chaeto.

    Hope you like it.

    Well thank you.

I picked up the large RBTang from a Craigs List deal. Got him with his own large cleaner shrimp and other fish and softies. He's really nice, very healthy, etc.

As far as the corralline, I did buy a afew small pieces of 'seeder' LR, the rest was all base rock from the original CL buy I did, got a great deal on the tank, stand, and lots of other stuff all at once. It hadn't had water in it in over 3 years, and they had things cleaned pretty well whne I bought it all.

Looks great. Yes I agree, lol. That's some crazy coralline growth, and lots of color too. I like the small rocks up front. I have a fire shrimp that has hid in the back since I got him (big waste of $30, LOL) and I think It'd be nice to give it some place up front to go, and still not block the whole view.

Tank looks great! What lighting are you running? Have your coral beauty and flame angels been model citizens? Ive wanted to get either but didn't want to take the risk of them picking at my corals or clams. I've been pricing up some 125 gallon tanks (wanting to upgrade from my 75). I can't wait to have 6 feet to work with instead of 4.

    Nice tank

Nice tank. Lots of coralline. If you ever want to control the coralline, I've found the Blue Tuxedo Urchin to be a great grazer of coralline.

Thanks- the stuff I got had 96W Coralife PC's! -still usning them with new bulbs last June.
My F. Angel and CB Angel have been great, they don't bother any of the coral- even leave the softies alone. Not sure about clams. The dwarf angels usually will leave corals alone. My 6ft tank seems to be plenty of room for my Royal Blue Tang.

    Thanks for the reply...
My back wall is about 12sq ft., the coralline probably covers at least 2-3 sq ft of that, and still growing, not to mention all the rock growth!
I have a Royal Urchin who does eat some of the coralline, but that's OK.
    Coralline is a good thing!
