My friend fractured his arm opening a door for someone. He was walking through, and someone else was about to come through, but he didn't want it to shut in their face. So he decides to be a gentleman and holds the door open at a reeeaaally awkward angle. That angle just so happened to be enough to fracture his arm, where he then had it in a soft cast and sling for a while.

Proof that Karma doesn't really exist. :D

    LOL!!!

I have my kids trained now. I show my neck scar.

"Logan, how did I get it?".
    "Ninja's Dad."
    "How many?"
    "Four Dad."
    "What are they dressed in?"
    "Black. Dad?....Can I go now?"

Ouch:eek: I think my wife has a labral tear also. She found out today that she gets to go for a MRI arthrogram to find out for sure but either way I see a knife in her future:cry:.
I'm sure glad that my salt water container is only going to be 6 feet tall. I figured that I'll get the 200 gal boxes of salt and be all set to mix a full container.

the first 10 days suck the first 4 are the worst i actually woke up screaming after the surgery cause the nerve block didnt take the first time all i remember is a nurse going "whats wrong?" and me saying it freakin hurts then they knocked me back out and redid the nerve block. Start real PT in the morning but im already getting some self movement back in the shoulder rotation even though its only a few degrees its nice to not just have a totally limp arm

Iraf--if nothing else, you have age on your side. If you were 50, you'd be less better off. I'm not talking Michael Jackson or Billy Mays; but with age inherently comes complications.

Not poo-poo-ing your trials in the least. I know it's very painful and a PITA. But on the bright side; you're only 29 years old. A man in his 20s is exceedingly more apt to recover and soon once laugh about it; than his 50 year-old counterpart.

I wish you a speedy recovery. I'm confident you'll do fine.

    :)
