I had Ford Rangers not F150's. I have nothing bad to say bout F150, my friends have em and they love them. My 2003, 2005, and 2007 Accords have had no problems. I think quality is still there as well as safety.
I would have to say the 4Runner is one of the most reliable vehicles and longest running as far as mileage. I'm torn between the two, but I would have to say the discounts I get for being a repeat customer with Honda is gonna sway me. As far as the timing belt I will not have this car for more than 4 years before it's upgraded... so I'm not worried about that. Gonna test drive the 4Runner next week. I have a few months before my lease expires.

NP, but in 4 years the timing belt will need to be replaced on that pilot, unless you don't drive much.

I looked at and sat in the new 2010 4runner today at the auto show. There is SLIGHTLY more headroom than before, the HVAC is definitely different, but I have no clue if it is better, the truck is a little taller due to a taller greenhouse, and it looks slightly bigger than the 4runner we have.

I am bummed about no v8 in the yota 4runner, and having to buy the lexus to get the v8, but I think it might grow on me. We looked at the new sequoia again, and I think the Fiance will proabably replace her 4runner with that at some point in the not too distant future. Gotta test drive both to be sure.

Now if you are looking to buy any time soon, Yota is in a PR position to have cash back on vehicles, specifically the 4runenr, and 0 percent financing for 60 months. They usually don't even bargain on yotas unless you get a certain cash back at the end of the model year. Outside of the end of the year deals when new models are coming in, you pay sticker price for any toyota... if not more.....There is a reason for that.

As far as replacing my ZJ grand Cherokee that is my daily driver, I am loving the ecoboost ford flex. It does it all. It is what I would say is fast for a vehicle that big (355hp, and around the same tq from the twin turbo v6 0-60 in under 7 seconds), has a class 3 hitch optional (4500 lb tow rating enough for my ski nautique), dual exhaust, tons of room, AWD, great fuel economy, paddle shifters for the 6 speed auto, rear air for the dogs, and pretty much every thing else. The only caveat is that it is not an off roader like my lifted jeep. Oh well, we have the 4runner for that.

Plus, Ford will be paying me $50 to test drive it. ;)

I tell my dog to piss in all my chevys..... Haha j/k The wife is stuck on them but we are getting a new ford f550 with a dump bed as we speak so things are starting to turn around! She always wanted a matching fleet. I have her understanding that with over 10 trucks people are not going to say hey look this week the arrived in a ford...... I will dissagree though with that pumpkin hd ford you pictured its got hd on it so its bound to leak oil haha j/k
