    Be very careful with used lighting, and only buy from someone you trust. If you have to go straight in and buy ballasts and bulbs due to age/usage, you might as well have bought a new fixture ;)

    thanks for the suggestions i decided to just go with some new lights and take all the hassle out of trting to find some used ones that have good ballasts
