    Hey everyone,

How often do you keep food in your vegie clip? My two tangs eat like horses. Sould I keep broccoli or romain in there all the time or just do one leaf or broccoli cluster a day?

I put some seaweed in when I feel like being generous and giving my foxface a treat :) He usually eats it all pretty quick and that's it for the day or maybe a few days.

I keep seaweed in there every day, and algae wafers. I think 3 times a week is recommended though.
    I'm a guilty over feeder.

Yeah, it may come back to haunt me.
Just got a PO4 reactor so we'll see.
I feed smaller portions more often.

Yeah I'm afraid I am over feeding with Romaine.. If I put a piece in there it's gone in no time so I'll put another one in later that day. While they eat it it also causes it to come out the other end more ofen as well. I had read some where that Tangs are grazers so offering them something via a veggie clip was really important.. Just was not sure how ofen... Unfortunaly I think there is snack in the clip more then there is not.. Guess I should back it down a bit!

I usualy put a small peice of freeze dried algae every day. Then when my caulpra in my 36 get out of hand I put that in there and don't replace untill all gone. But tang don't let anything hang there long.

yeah and that is my question/problem. If they eat it is that all they should get for the day? or do you give them another piece later?

I put some seaweed in there every few days, and on those days I still do my usual morning and evening pellet feedings. The seaweed is just a bonus I guess.
