    Iv'e had a recommendation to get some vitamin c supplement that i can soak the food in, what do you use and a good one to recommend?

    Kent makes a liquid vitamin C as does probably everyone else now.... Are you using it to boost the fish health/immunity?

    If so why not get a liquid multivitamin to add to the water instead like Selcon, Vitachem or Zoe?
