    I just wanted to warn you guys about reefscavengers.com. I just started getting into salt water tanks and I stumbled on reefscavengers.com. When I found the site all I saw was the good prices and great deals. 100% live guarantee score! Free cleaner packages EVEN BETTER! ONLY 19.99 SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150, alright I have to buy from this place.

    If only I knew what I knew now. 100% live guarantee looks good on paper, but when actually dealing with these guys it means nothing. They sent me a sick feather duster cluster covered in grey slime. It didn't last the night. Have I gotten a replacement? Did I at least get any store credit. hahah no.

    They did give me my free cleaner crew packages, but they failed to give me almost $50 worth of merch. Now this is when things get weird. They contacted me telling me that they didn't have the 4 fighting conchs I asked for. I told them its fine, I could wait until they get more or if thats not an option just send 3 sea cucumbers instead. They decided to just give me the 3 sea cucumbers that I ordered originally. Do they think I can't count? 3+3 does not equal 3. On top of that I never got my green ricordia polyp either. Real great service.

    After all this **** happened, I started looking at all the receipts. They turned out to be some shady ass characters so I just wanted to double check. Turns out they gave me a $2 discount on the 3 sea cucumbers I bought, too bad because of that discount my ordered dropped from $152 to $146. They charged me $34.99 for shipping. Now that pissed me off. These guys took 3 weeks to send my order, I mean my order minus 5 things I bought. 3 weeks, and they thought it was ok to charge $34.99 for that. I was soooooo understanding about it too. I can't imagine running a small business right now. Especially on items that aren't a necessity, so I cut them some slack. I waited 3 weeks without one complaint and I get paid back with bull****. THANKS REEFSCAVENGERS!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. I MEAN IT. It not worth the cheap deals or the so called guarantees.

    Sorry to hear of your misfortune and thanks for the warning. I can't believe how some businesses both large and small are treating thier customers so poorly in these economic times. Don't they realize that the most powerful form of advertising is word of mouth? As a small business owner myself I can guarantee you I've done more than my fair share of a$$ smoochin and bending over backwards in the past two years. Never more has the term "the customer is always right" been more applicable than now.
