My nitrates have been pretty high so I am starting to do daily water changes. I have a 20 gallon tank, so I take out 2.5 gallons, then pour 2.5 gallons back in. Every time I do this my Clownfish freaks out and goes all over the tank swimming fast! Is this normal? Or is this not good?

Normal, clownfish are crazy little critters. If you do not have corals yet and your fresh water matches your tank water you can do 5gal WC to help reduce them a little faster
