    Hey Everyone,

    I have a 1200 Mag pum that is about 4 feet below the powerhead in the tank. In line there is a check valve. Do you think this pump is doing enough for my 120? The tank is clean but I'm wondering if it is enough flow.

    Should I get an additional wave maker to slap on the side of the tank? Any recomendations on a less costly one that works well? Or for the money would I be better off just changing out the pump?

    Thoughts?

    I have a Mag 18 on a 90g with about 6' of head and its about right, at least IMO.
