I used a pH monitor and a salinity monitor. I also use these Ammonia Alerts

Calcium, alkalinity, and Magnesium are tested right before a waterchange.

Weekly, I'm a big nerd and get OCD when it comes to my tank and it's water quality.

Bi-weekly at the moment seeing as my tank is still relatively "new" and needs some tweaking from time to time.

For Alk, Ca, Ph It's Weekly.

    Nitrites, Ammonia, Monthly

Nitrates I Am Starting To Test Weekly As Well As Phosphates

Once My Tank Is Older I Will Probably Do It Less Frequently
