Well that's one nice kit, I am personally not a fan of the Phosphate checker.. But it honestly all depends what you want to keep and if you want to run GFO later down the road. The Hanna Phosphate is used for "Ball Park" ranges in Phosphate levels verses the Hanna Phosphorous is more of an exact level. You will need to convert PPB to PPM but the results are well worth the simple math.

I test for Iodine once a month but I think if you do regular water changes you should be okay with those, but I'm not really sure.

I am basically the same as Biocube.

API Saltwater Master (pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate)
pH through my Reef Angel controller
Red Sea Calcium, Alkalinity & Magnesium (all one kit)
    Hanna Phophate Checker

i have the red sea reef foundation and the algae control test kits. both are well thought out pieces of equipment with simple instructions and they come in nice storage boxes. plus its everything you need for $90
    just my 2 cents

    Sounds good!

I only feed "natural" food in my tank. Check out Rods Food/ Cyclo-Eeze.
