    I'm filling my tank with ro/di water but its taking forever the lfs is an hr away so I was wondering if I can use distilled water?

    I recently switch from distilled to RO/DI water, but that is because it $0.38 cheaper for me. Distilled works well for small set-ups.

    my tank is 120 gal not to small but its already half filled with ro/di. It just takes so long to make I dont like letting it sit can I mix with distilled or should I stick with ro/di

    Yeah, that's fine. It will just take several jugs unless you have a place locally that allows you to fill 5 gallon buckets.

    No problem and good luck. A RO/DI system would pay for itself in as little as 6 months (assuming 10% weekly water changes at $0.50 per gallon) depending on the one you purchased.
