Wavemaker decision

Jason is this a hard starting wave maker? I havent really seen much info on them. I know they just came out last year though.

 

Just thought it would be a great wavemaker at a good price

I have that currently running in my system..Doesnt have the ocean effect like the tunze wave makers.

BTW I already returned my Hydor smartwave back to Hydor twice now because there were shorts in the power..

 

Kevin from Taam INC responded to email as to when The Taam wavemaker will be coming out and this is what he told me:
"We do not have an exact release date for the product in the US. If I had to guess it would be in the summer of this year. Note for wave action it is similar to a tunze wave box. Where as the water level needs to be about 4" lower than your overflow box. "

 

I ran modded MJ's with a JBJ controller and loved it. Controller and two powerheads for under a hun.

Kevin responded to my email when I asked about the cost of these pumps and this is what he said

"We have not set a price yet on the product and will soon and we will not release and exact msrp until we begin to ship but the pump will be in 200.00 range"
