    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows what this might be. Its been growing on my filter for the past month or so, but thought it was harmless so I didnt bother it.

    Thanks in advance!

Could be a tunicate colony, but I am not really sure. Whatever it is, it sure looks cool :)

Ya I'd say Tunicate or a sponge. It's a good sign that the tank is doing well.

Looks to me like a encrusting bryozoan colony or tunicates.
