Weird large bugs

    saw these when i mixed up the sand bed. they are everywhere in the sand bed but there base is behind the snail shell shown. r they amphipods, copepods, isopods:confused:

    thats weird because i have a blue mandarin and a cryptic wrasse and the tank is only a 29

    Amphipods are larger than they can readily eat.

    I dont know about that, mys scooter blenny eats them and hes a tiny little thing

    They are Gammaridean Amphipods. I have a ton of them, hoping my new wrasse will like them, but they are beneficial
