weird thing in rocks

OK I have this thing that I can NOT get a picture of. Every time I get too close it hides. Let me try to explain it... maybe someone will know what I am talking about.

It has lots of arms that come out of it. They almost look like worms but they curl up and they are yellow. I can't see it fully because he is hidden in such a way that I can only see his arms coming out around the ledge inside the rock.

I can only see the long arms.. and they look like that, except yellow. Anytime I get anywhere near the glass it shoots all its arms in and won't let me see it.. Darn it!!! LOL you're probably right about it being a spaghetti worm. I find it amazing all the things that begin to appear in your tank.

 

Try looking for it at night when your lights are off. You can get a normal flashlight and place some red film over it. You will be able to view many more nocturnal animals this way as they can't see the red light.
