    maybe a type of tunicate but im not sure

    Doesn't really look much like a tunicate, I don't see two valves like a tunicate. Any way you can get a better pic?

    Looking in the inside of the hole there is a small slit almost similar to the opening in the center of a poylp

    Sounds like a coral, possibly a species of cup coral.
