    i have had my cured live rock now for a couple weeks and now this thing has shown up on the rock . Any help would be grateful. I just do not know if its harmful to the tank or not? i am sorry i am alittle computer illiterate and can't figure out how to put the pic from my desk top to this question grrr!!! sorrry i hate not being able to do something which i am sure is very simple to do . If anyone has the patience to explain to me how to put the pic from my desktop i would really appreciate it :D If not i will delete it until i can get the pic on here :)

    get a photobucket account...and then download the pic to photobucket.. after that copy the image url and then past it in the reply box.

    Thank you so much for your answers so quickly. I am so new to this and was not ready yet to start feeding these guys. What do you recommend as a diet for them :)

    You shouldn't need to feed it. It will get most of its nutrition from the lights on the tank. What kind of lights do you have? They can eat if a small amount of food is placed on them but I don't specifically feed any of mine.
