    Money plant (Halimeda) looks like a cactus. It's a calcerous macro algae that won't overrun your tank. Needs calcium supplemented to grow.

    The bright green is Halimeda also called moneyplant, the other is a brown algae, both are fine. If your older Halimeda turns white remove it immediately. The new comes in white.

    yeah money plant (Halimeda) and i have those same polyps oh yeah nuke that nem famo !!! superglue works good

    Not the new growth, the old growth. Remove the whole thing if any of the old growth turns or starts turning white.
