    There appears to be some sponges but I am not sure which item you are referring too.

    looks like macro algae roots, did you yank some out of there? the little white dots are they hard or soft? if they are hard they are probably little feather-dusters and if they are soft then sponges either are harmless

    the circle creatures are, if I remember the name correctly, spirulas, and the root like material and large oval items are a type of sponge.

    it was the root-like things that i was worried about, the other stuff is not big deal seen it all before, but no i havent ever had macro-algae in the tank..
