I am sure this is a rookie question, but I am a rookie, so...

A few hours ago, the picture below "appeared" in my tank. It almost looks
like something etched in the side of my tank. I have no idea what it is, if I should get rid of it and if so, how? The second picture
shows what looks like two small worms or something but I am not sure?
I called a LFS and tried to describe it and they said it sounded like sponges???

I just want to make sure I take care of this tonight if necessary and don't wake up to a disaster. Can anyone help?

    Thanks.

    Thank you, so much!:)

Now I can enjoy the beautiful design without worrying about
an invasion. I am assuming there is nothing I need to do. I am
guessing my blennie will get to them before long.

I am not sure what kind of snails I have but I do have 7 in the tank...
well, now I may have 9:)

Thanks Again for the quick response.
