What is this?!?!

    It has to be some sort of worm. It is brown with a darker tail. Tank has been running for 5 months and this is the first time I have ever seen this. Tank has 100 pounds of live rock that it might have came from? I recently introduced my order of snails from reefcleaners but I dont see how it could have came from that.

    It's a bristleworm (polychaete) with an epitoke forming on it's butt. ;)

    epitoke is how they breed. Its a delicacy in some countries, i forget which ones tho.
