Hi ya Scott from Trader Clam.

What is Trader Clam? Well I was sitting at home just bored out of my mind and figured wouldn’t it be nice to have a place to get rid of my used aquarium equipment that was taking up space in my closet that didn’t cost me a arm and a leg to list it.

Well I looked at all of my old software from years past and I had this auction program, poof Trader Clam was born well yesterday 11/12/2008. It will only work if we use it. If you see some tweaks that need to be done tell me. I am no programmer by no means so I might get it right or I might mess it up. Right now I am talking to may of my old contacts to tell them if they have stuff sitting around to list it.
I did put some fees on it like .25 for bold because we don’t every one running around with bold items…LOOK at me syndrome.

I have been in this industry for a long time and I own more than one company so I figured why not give back to the people who have given me so much joy over the past years. Well you could also say I'm just a little nuts :-/ lol.

    Great idea!

Dimweb, I like the idea of having a place strictly for our hobby. I think it could save some time by not having to filter through all the other crap you get on ebay and we will be dealing with people who know the product they are auctioning. I got some equipment from the LFS which went out of business. As soon as I can go through the stuff, get it cleaned up, figure out what I want to keep and what I want to get rid of I'll post. Karma to you.8)
