So, I browsed through here and found some old threads about seeding pods. I need to seed my tank and get my fuge going what do you guys recommend?

La has a nice set as well as reefs2go always seems to have good deals on them. Ebay always has decent seeded chaeto.

A guy in my local reef club seeded his fuge with Reef Nutrition tigger pods. Seemed to work well as an addition to the chaeto that he had from his old tank. I think he used 2 bottles IIRC.

reefs2go all the way, they have a great diversity of both copepods and amphipods,i got some free ones with an order and was amazingly surprized. Not like those little greenwater bottles the pods are so small you swear they just sent a bottle of greenwater.

Isn't it better to seed with different kinds of pods as well?

FWIW, Tigriopus californicus is a temperate water copepod that doesn't reproduce well over about 68*F. What happens is an inordinate number of males are born at warmer temps, so the culture just fizzles out.

Tisbe sp. or Pseudocyclops sp. yield much better results. The former is a benthic/demersal species, while the latter is a cool swarming species that you see in little "clouds" in the water column.
