i have a 55g with 12 hermits 3 pepermint shrimp and 3 emrald green crabs. I want to add some snails to my CUC but dont know which ones. I know my hermits may bully the snails but i still want some to clean my glass.

What snails work best for you guys?

i woundnt say real large maybe get the size of a 25 cent gumball. 1-2 inches in diameter.

now there are zebra turbos, which do get very big about fish sized. but there not as cheap as the turbos you see every where so i dont think you will get them by mistake.

there are astrea(nickel sized) snails too, but i think the turbos are faster

Turbos are amazingly fast, but you have to make sure to secure your rockwork. Those things are brutishly strong!

Well the astreas are pretty good cleaners on their own, but their appetite doesn't come anywhere near the turbos. Look at my sig and that'll show you my CUC. The numbers have remained pretty consistant.
