What the......?

Now I know the pictures suck but there is nothing I can do about it. Hopefully, with my description you can all help me out.

This has been growing on my LR since I put them in. I noticed it the second day that the rocks were in the tank. At first, it looked like an algae growth. As you can see from the pics....it's green and it's made up of what looks to be "strands" of algae. Very thin strands. Well today, a buddy of mine came over and as I was showing off my tank;D, He saw something moving. It was the supposed algae. It seems that it's some type of worm.

In this first one, you can sort of see the "strand" I was talking about. By the time I grabbed the camera.....it had stuck the "worm" looking body into a crevice and the "strands" opened up looking like an algae build up again.

BOOM BABY8)!! That's exactly what it is!! I take it that it's ok to leave in there? I guess the pictures that I saw didn't look the same because of the color but I just read that they are different colors. Thanks fellas!

BTW......that thing looks disgusting!
