What Would you Do...?

    I ordered from a vendor online for some livestock: Heres a Rundown...

    Ordered 11/20, The site said it should ship, 11/23.

    Never Shipped. Sent an Email. Took them till the weekend to respond. Understandable cause of the holiday, They said the order was schedualed to ship Monday. But then sent me another email stating to disregard that last part. Which was confusing.

    Monday arrives, One of the items wasnt fit to ship so they pushed the date to ship it today. (without the item if its not better)

    Im getting frustrated. no email or call like the site states if an item cant ship or what not. And no shipping info and the site says it didnt ship.

    Now I payed with paypal. And though countless emails and phone calls with them (Which btw, they never returned a single phone call) Im getting frustrated that they are sitting on 150$ of mine and doing nothing. Another simple email or phone call from them would have sufficed why they didnt ship. LIKE THEIR SITE SAYS.

    So do I give up and pull the trigger and put in a claim on paypal? or try to talk to them even though they truely dont respond. Im not a big fan of ordering else where but the deals where pretty decent and they had all the stock I wanted. Which Im mad because it was available through live aquaira over the weekend and I could have had it today!

    Claim Through Paypal? Try to Contact them again? Or wait it out? What would you do...?

    I would give it a day, TBH. If you can't get a response, inform them that you'll be submitting a claim via Paypal. That may get them to change their attitude.

    geez! that stinks! i would keep annoying them with tons of emails and phone calls till you get the item! they will finally give it to you sometime. just tell them after they ship it that they just lost a customer!!! totally their fault!!!! :( what was it called? i dont want to make that mistake nor does anyone else!!

    If you have never gone with them before then I would put a claim on Paypal. If they wanted decent business then they should respect thier customers. If they don't contact you by Tuesday afternoon do a claim.

    I know you still haven't heard back by phone and sounds like email is pretty unreliable as well. But I would send them another "final" email demanding info on shipment regardless of the condition of the unfit critter. BTW demand a refund on that particular one as well considering you most likely won't receive it. In the email state that if you haven't received a response by noon your time Thursday you will have no choice but to fill a claim through PayPal. Let them know you don't want to get upset but they are leaving you no choice in the matter.

    Well Its tuesday night here already. A member on here has actually ordered a gift from them and had it shipped to me no problem.

    Pardon my language but their half assed responses are getting on my nerves.

    I specifically told them I wanted a phone call back. and its been over 72 hours.

    I would make it clear that you're going to file a Paypal claim to them, and give them time (a couple business hours) to respond. That can be leverage used in your favor.

    eric, send them an email that says this:

    I apologize for the bluntness, however your customer service is very unsatisfactory and I am completely dissatisfied with how disrespectful your company is towards its customers. Despite this blatant disrespect I will give you until (insert time and date here) to call me at (insert number here) regarding my order that was placed on 11/20 and was never shipped. If you fail to contact me by then I will be; filing a dispute claim with Paypal, contacting the Better Business Bureau to inform them about your terrible business practices, and I will make sure to inform all people who inquire about your business how unsatisfactory your practices are.

    Lol Its almost 11 at night here, and their In the midnight timezone right now. I finally got an email from them saying they are postponing the shipping till thursday for friday delivery. animal isnt well yet. and something about some shipping issues right now with a vendor.

    I asked them that I dont want to monkey around with this and would like my money back. and that they have 48 hours to give me a satesfactory response.
