Hi guys, these seem to be some sort of worm? I have never seen this before. It is in a 55 gallon tank I have had established for around 5 months, any ideas as to what it could be?

It's just the tunnels left by sand dwelling worms. They are fairly similar to earthworms in that they have segmented, ringed bodies. They are a sign your sand bed is healthy and are a very good thing to have.
