    What are those little black bubbles? New to this and they weren't there before.

    Bubble Algae, it can be invasive.

    Yup. Try not to pop them when you go remove them.

    ^^^ I second do not pop in tank. Put some tank water in a bucket. remove the coral and try to remove those things in the bucket. Green is easier to remove than red.

    If they are a normal green bubble algae they only have a small connective tissue. A butter knife can be used. The bigger ones you can sometimes pull like a grape.
