    it's awfully cool looking. I can tell by your pictures it's not a long spine. Most urchins are reef safe although they do mow through coralline algae sometimes

    Not to worried about the coralline to much. I have plenty of snail shells for the hermits that have coralline on it that i have been scrapping and smashing into like a mud paste and dumping it into the area in front of my power heads. its been spreading the spores all over the tank. the amount of growth ive had over the past week is amazing.
