i got up this morning and my Anemone's tenticals are very shrivaled looking and he doesnt seems to open all the way.

he has been eating, and this is the first sign of what seems to be a problem, this is my first anemone and i have only had him 3 days..

i checked my parameters right now and they are:

    sal 1.024
    amm 0
    nitrite 0
    nitrate 0
    ph 8.2

Give it time its just adjusting to your tanks water. It should come back to normal with in a few days if not hours. Also how old is your tank and what kind of lighting you have??

Alittle over 5 months, right now just eclipse 3 light with daylight and actinc bulb. My lfs said it should be ok for a bta.. think that may be the problem? he has been in one spot most of the time and doesn't seem to move toward the light.

You should really wait for your tank to be over a yr old before putting in a nem. but its probably (as some would say) doing a water change by expelling the water from LFS and taking in water from your tank. IMO give it a few days and see what happens.

just an update, the BTA looks great again, i guess it was as trent said doing a "water change".
