    Hope all is well. Things have been pretty hectic recently with work, family and life. But, tank is doing good and my RBTA finally split. ;D It looks like we are a couple months away from buying our future home... so, time to look for a new tank. Im thinking a 90g will do fine. Keep you all posted!

    Thx! house hasent happened yet but close. Stoked on the interest rates right now. 3.25%! Yeah my Nem has been getting BIG but all of a sudden there was another on a different piece of LR! Now maybe my pink skunk clown will have something other than a toadstool to host as my tomato clown is bossy and does not like to share. LOL

    Oh,it a buyers market right now without a doubt,but 3.25 is hard to pass up.We got 4.19% fixed when we bought our place 7 years ago and thought that was pretty good then.
