    That picture there is 3 years 8 months worth of growth (starting at a typical, conformist, parted hair cut).

    No, almost never cut. In this time frame, I've trimmed twice (once was for my wedding). Some people seem to think trimming makes hair grow faster - that's just silly. It only makes it appear that it does if you have less than perfect hair that doesn't grow evenly. The fact is hair is dead and grows from the roots, not the tips. It's the opposite of a tree :p
