Ok, it's not what you think, I have some green star polyps that just wont stop growing (hence the weed reference) now i know its a good thing to have coral growing in your tank but this stuff is crazy and now i have a couple of small patches that i need to stop growing but i don't know how...a friend said to bury the section of rock in the sand but of course it's in a weird spot. any way if anyone knows of a way i can get rid of these small sections i would love to hear any ideas.....also if you live near new bedford mass and want some green star polyp i'd be willing to trade for pretty much anything...

I read the thread but the title is inappropriate so it had to be changed.

I doubt that Matt or any of the mods would agree.

Now, back to the subject at hand please.

yes just non-toxic super glue gel, that would kill them though

there are also special glues for sale on fraging websites

I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question, but is that something i have to pull the rock out of the tank to apply or can it be applied in the tank, also someone mentioned using the two part putty used for sticking frags to the rock, what do you think??

i think it would work how ever you do it, unless its a special glue that dries with water contact(then you need to apply it outside the tank or else the tube will clog).
