I want to make some mods to the chambers in the back of my BioCube, however, it is already stocked.

    1) Is it safe to try and caulk in some new dividers underwater?
    2) Will silicone cure effectively underwater?

    Thanks in advance,
    -Andy

No. Don't try it, silicon must cure for at least 24-48 hours before exposing to water.
