So I really want to add another tang to my 120 g tank that is 5 feet long. Is it possible to add a purple tang to my 120 g tank when I already have a 4 inch Blue Hippo Tang in the tank?

Besides the hippo, I have two clowns, a cleaner wrasse, diamond goby, yellow watchman goby, two green chromis, tuxedo urchin, queen conch, two cleaner shrimp, two peppermint shrimp, one pistol shrimp, purple lobster, handful of cleaner snails and hermits, multiple sps and shrooms/zoos.

The hippo and purple will be fine. Tangs get along fine from my experience as along as they dont have the same body type and color. Thats my expericne hope some one else chimes in

Thanks. That is what I thought, but I just wanted to get a second and third...and possibly a fourth opinion on the matter.;)

Thanks for the input. Would it be best to fill the tank with a more live rock before introducing the other tang to provide more ample hiding/territory spots for the two?

Also, what is the best way to introduce them? Should I introduce the new tang with the lights off? Or should I drip acclimate it and then put it in the tank as is?
