so last week I made a bet with my dad that if I score 2 goals in my varcity soccer game them he would get me a fish. (I play goalie so thats why he agreed.) so when I played I took 7 shots and made 2! we won 2-1 but thats not what matters.

Im allowed to spend up to $40 on a fish, but the question is what to get?
its for a 72 bowfront reef with 2 false perculas in it right now. I was thinking on getting a blue tang but I dont know.

What should I get thats reef safe and a real eye catcher?

firefish can be territorial with con-species. I've heard of 2 even 3 being peaceful, but your taking a chance.

Get whatever you like the best. its your tank and your the one that has to look at it. Just do your research. Everyone has their favorite and lots of people like different things. I personnely like tangs. Naso and sailfin

Hmmm...how old's the tank? Maybe a smaller tang of sorts? (might not fit the $40 budget though)

A wrasse would be a good addition, as long as it's reef safe. Or a dwarf angel if you're into those. Are you interested in a school of chromis? You could have a school of 5 or 7 if you wanted. They're flashy colorful fish that stay in a school and add a ton of life to a tank. Only about $5 at most LFS stores.

Just remember, research before you buy.

How'd you score the goals??? I played varsity soccer in middle school as a right wing in our 4 man triangle defense. I almost scored a goal one game. I missed though...but heck I was a defender. I was good at PK's and keeping people away from our goal. That's about it. I switched to track and field in Highschool and did very well in that.
