I think I see two worms there. Or is it the same worm with the back end of it coming out the other orifice? The one in the first pic on the left looks like a feather duster to me but I have no idea what the other one is.
Hopefully someone else can chyme in;)

Im not sure if it was 2 or that was his other end. Is it a bad worm or a good worm? What does it do?

It appears to be a Sipunculida spp. (aka-peanut worm) and is quite harmless as it is a detrivore and a beneficial member of any clean up crew.

Thanks for the help guys, I had no idea what to think of that worm. My fiance ended up putting the rock with the worm/s in our saltwater container last night. Would they survive over night without a filter? Should I put that rock back in the tank?

There's a good chance they survived, I would put it back in the tank.

I did put the rock back in the tank but saw no sign of any worms. My fiance dug around in the water container and found poor Mr. Peanut dead on the bottom. I got more pics, was definitely a peanut worm, boy do they stretch out! I hope the otherone survived and is in the rock still. I feel guilty for killing them! Thanks guys for all your help, you're all so smart!!

Much better photo and I now have to change my answer to it being a Priapulida (aka, cactus worm). Also harmless.
