    The tank seems to be happier now and things are opening. Mag is now reading 1450 so it's a lot better in the tank. Calcium is 410 and alk is stable at 10 ddkh.thanks for all the help guys

    Some people don't get this. Sometimes it takes a lot of work (and sometimes $$) to be able to say that you're doing the best you can.

    Out of curiosity do you consider amino acids dosing or feeding? How about Vodka? It's really just feeding bacteria.

    Thanks zesty. I would consider amino acids and vodka dosing. Anything I have to measure to put in the tank I consider dosing. Just my opinion though.
