    scoly just purchased...photos up tomorrow. It is blue, green, purple, and i think a little blue around the edges. It has already eating after only being in my tank for about 8 hours. I was feeding my fish when it stuck its tentacles out so I figured why not. It ate a small piece of fish and some mysis. The fish was gone right away.

    I don't think that's a scolly, it looks much more like a trachyphyllia brain.

    I did a quick search at the store...it looked like a scoly there but now you are right. Resembles the trachyphyllia brain more. Thank you for the info. It has a few mouths on it as well and I remember scolys only having one mouth.
