    Actinic. The blue bar produces about the same PAR as 2 ATI blue+ t5's with reflectors. I may end up getting a 2nd bar and just get rid of the T5's completely, and do blue+white in the ear and blue in the front. I will see how i like them once I get them.

    i hear ya! im doing a DIY tutorial on how to build LED fixtures for the site in a few months here and I have to say, led's are amazing for everything! PAR, color, and energy used

    Got my LED bar in today! Put it over the nano at work, and wow, the corals look amazing under it. Really brings out some colors. I am ordering a second bar in a few weeks after testing this one on my tank, this one is blue, the other will be white/ blue combo. I'll do a review soon.

    yeah bring on the pics! i need to live vicariously through you for another month or so... the gov't isnt sending me my tax return (long story) so i cant buy my lumenmax elites yet :(

    These LED's are insane. They really bring out the colors in the coral. I can't wait to order my second strip, it needs to be here tomorrow. :D

    Just read through the whole thread. This is going to look awesome! You have put a lot of thought into this and it showing so far.

    Can't wait to see some more pics with the led strips.
